Consulting
One-hour online sessions for CEOs and their teams. One real problem, one result, and a way to repeat it.
The problem
Everyone says "use AI". Nobody says where.
You have seen the demos. You have probably paid for a few subscriptions. And the P&L looks the same.
That is not because AI does not work. It is because nobody connected it to a specific problem in your business, with a specific number attached.
That connection is the work I do. I start from the problem, not from the tool.
The session
What happens in one hour
Before
- You book a slot on my calendar.
- You send one paragraph: the problem, and the number it affects.
- I come prepared with the tool that fits, or with an honest "AI is not the answer here".
During
- We meet online, in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- We run the tool together on your real case, not on a demo.
- You leave with a result, and with the steps to repeat it without me.
Two formats, one price
For you, or for your team
CEO session
Consulting for you. We pick the problem where AI pays back first, and decide what to do about it.
Team session
Hands-on training for the people who will do the work. They set up the tool and use it on a real task while I am in the room.
Not sure where to start? Look at the cases. Each one is a problem I can run a session on today.

How we do it responsibly
Your data, your decisions, your words
- You decide what data the AI sees. Sensitive data stays out unless you choose otherwise.
- A person on your side reviews every result before it is used.
- When we study a competitor, we learn from what they have proven. We never copy their code, text, images or brand.
